All of our products are 100 percent genuine, fully packaged and as you would find them in the high street.
You can pay either online or over the phone. We accept payment in United Kingdom Pounds (£), Euro (€), United States Dollars ($), Australia Dollars (AU$), Denmark Kroner (DKK), Norway Kroner (NOK) & Sweden Kronor (SEK).
For payments made in GBP we accept; Visa, Maestro, and Visa Electron, MasterCard. For all other payments we accept; Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and MasterCard.
We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP, Euro, US Dollars.
Please do not send cash or cheques to us.
We prepay VAT on all orders sent to a UK delivery address. If you live outside the UK and are charged sales tax, it is our policy to refund you (with the exception of orders sent to Norway & Brazil).
If you would like to request a refund, please send us a copy of the tax receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days and if sales tax has not already been prepaid, we will be happy to refund your money. We reserve the right, however, to change our tax refund policy at any time without notice. In some cases the sales tax charged may be more than your total order value due to customs administration fees. In these circumstances we are unable to refund more than the original order value.
Please note that whilst Guernsey is not part of the European Union it is part of the Customs Territory of the European Community and therefore orders dispatched to countries within the EU are not liable for customs duties. Where Customs duties have been paid on imports into the European Union (EU), based on the customs value of the goods this incorrect charge will not be reimbursed.
Delivery to the UK is £1.50 or FREE when you spend £15 or more and international delivery is also FREE for most countries when a certain order value is achieved – full details can be found on the delivery page for your chosen country. Our FREE option may not be available for larger orders or orders containing particularly heavy items. UK orders of two or more items may be dispatched separately. Certain less expensive items we stock, can be subject to large postal charges in comparison to their value. Rather than putting up our prices, we thought it made sense to continue to offer you these great bargains, with the option of either making a small payment for postage, or including these cheaper items as part of a larger order, in order to get FREE UK post.
Due to international aviation regulations, certain beauty products are considered too hazardous to be sent by air. This means we are not able to offer all of our products for delivery to every destination. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused. When you use one of our tracked delivery services, we’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order. Follow the simple instructions to keep tabs on your order every step of the way.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day of the order date. The majority of orders are received within 4-8 business days. However, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 12 business days for Standard UK Delivery orders, 8 business days for UK Tracked Priority Delivery, 14 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the Rest of The World.
UK Special delivery costs £6.50 and is a fully tracked delivery service. Special Delivery Orders placed by midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next day. Orders received before midday on a Friday may be received on the Saturday, however Royal Mail only guarantee delivery by 1pm on a Monday for orders dispatched on a Friday. Please note that a signature is required on receipt.
All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged unless the item is damaged, wrongly described or faulty.

* Please ensure any perfumes, nail varnishes or other flammable items being returned, have an ID8000 sticker on the package. These stickers are available from Post Office counters.
Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of the order. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock please contact us with the product details.
If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined in “How long will it take to receive my order?” please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

You can be kept up to date with our special offers and any Voucher Codes that we may be running by opting into receiving our e-newsletter and emails. You can do this by logging into your account page and selecting Contact Details & Billing Address under My Details. At the bottom of your details is an option to be included in our special deals.
As an internet company, we do request that you register with us and place your orders online. However, we appreciate not all of our Customers have email addresses set up (Required for registration), and as such we do facilitate telephone orders up to the value of $77.20. Please contact us for further information.

Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.
For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by WorldPay which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details.
