The safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is paramount to us. We have conducted thorough risk assessments which are regularly reviewed and introduced rigorous control measures in our warehouse to keep our staff safe. Back in March 2020 we mandated that all staff and visitors must wear face coverings whilst working on our premises and we continue to follow the government guidelines with regard to frequent and prolonged handwashing. Hand sanitiser is readily available throughout the building and we provide individual sanitisers to every staff member. We also introduced regular and enhanced cleaning of common areas and touch points.
We are adhering to the 2-metre distancing rule at all times. This includes limiting the number of people in certain areas of the warehouse and restricting access where necessary as well as introducing one-way systems throughout the workplace. These measures, along with many others may at times have a slight knock-on effect in terms of efficiency and productivity so occasionally it may take slightly longer than usual to dispatch your order.
