This gentle, fluid gel delicately removes even stubborn waterproof makeup, whilst preventing the eyelid area from drying out. To use: Apply the Gentle Eye Makeup Remover to a cotton pad and delicately wipe off all traces of makeup, starting with the eyelids then the eyelashes.
