To use: After shampooing (we recommend Full Shampoo), apply Full Conditioner to clean, wet hair, focusing on midshaft to ends. Spread evenly throughout hair. Rinse. Follow with Living Proof Full Thickening Mousse or Full Thickening Cream, depending on hair type, for best style with heat.

Expert Tips: For super-fine, short hair take a pea-sized amount of conditioner, apply to the mid-lengths and ends, avoid the roots. Hair at the roots has a natural lipid layer that hasn't been depleted through heat / UV or any other external stress, it subsequently doesn't need a conditioner.
