It works so quickly and feels amazing left mine for 5 mins, I wet my hair, squeezed the water out, and put the shampoo on normally with the same amount I usually do put a cap on for the 5 mins and rinsed, followed with a small amount of conditioner. Perfect.

Makes your hair feel fabulous but.... turns your hair if light blonde into a purple rinse, before you even start with colouring your nails and grout grey :(
