How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry skin. Warm a small amount of oil between your palms, then massage into the body using smooth, circular movements. Take time to breathe in the aromatherapeutic scent as you work over areas of tension.

Frequency:
Use as needed, whenever a relaxing massage or extra nourishment for the skin is desired.

Application Technique:
Dispense a few drops into the hands and rub them together to gently warm the oil. Glide the product over limbs and torso, using long strokes and circular motions until it’s evenly distributed and has begun to absorb. There’s no need to rinse; allow the oil to remain on the skin.

Best Practices:
For a more indulgent ritual, apply after a warm bath or shower when skin is slightly damp. Start with a small amount and build up if needed to avoid over-application. Allow the oil to absorb before dressing to minimise transfer onto clothing.
