Reflection 45 reaches into a world of breath-taking intensity, an incredible concentration of 45% perfume oils that delivers a powerful and resounding fragrance. It encompasses a strong woody-floral fragrance that builds upon the strengths of one of Amouage’s most iconic scents.
An aromatic opening brings together pink pepper, clary sage, cardamom, juniper berries, lavender, and benzoin for a touch of sweetness. Heart notes flourish a floral affair with neroli, orris, jasmine, angelica, tonka bean, and vanilla. The base is completed on woody accords with vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood, cedar, myrrh, and frankincense.

This fragrance is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful fragrances created and for an equally stunning price. Amouage creates some magnificent fragrances - Epic Man, Jubilation and Beach Hut Man; however, Reflection 45 sits proudly above all those. It is still expensive even with the discount, but I recommend buying it!

Straight from the bottle I find Reflection a bit powdery and a little old fashioned. From 1-2 onwards however this fragrance settles and is smooth and really complex. Almost identical on a passing sniff to the OG, 45 is undoubtedly superior when you wear it and get the whole experience. It’s nothing like some of my other Amouage favourites like Silver Oud, which makes it a great addition to the collection!

Reflection 45 is a significantly denser and deeper take on the original Reflection Man. It has more spice and sweetness, making it suitable for evening and formal wear. Its high concentration does, however, mean it projects less - and does need some heat to make it push out. Remember, this is Middle Eastern perfumery, so intended for clients in warm climates!
