One of the best K-Pak by Joico products. I apply a generous amount to long hair after shampooing, leave for a few minutes and then rinse out. Super easy to comb damp hair afterwards and leaves hair soft and manageable. As a swimmer, I am always looking for products to condition and strengthen my hair and this one works.
