I bought Rive Gauche perfume for my Mum for Christmas. I noticed that the packaging (outer box) was slightly damaged, but not enough to send the product back. Come Christmas Day, on opening the outer cellophane and box, my Mum discovered that the perfume bottle itself was completely damaged - almost crushed, and had leaked everywhere. I would really appreciate for a replacement product to be sent to me and am happy to return the original damaged bottle. Thank you.
