This is what beauty looks like in 2025, according to AI and over 10 million faces

What happens when technology meets tradition and data meets desire? At allbeauty, we’ve launched a bold new campaign to find out.

AI’s Vision of Beauty is a first-of-its-kind exploration into how artificial intelligence perceives beauty in 2025. By training a generative AI model on over 10 million facial images and pairing it with cultural insights from around the globe, we’ve created a digital portrait series that reimagines what “ideal beauty” looks like today across weddings, festivals, parties and work events.

Each image reveals something deeper than a trend. They reflect values, rituals and the subtle cultural cues that shape how we present ourselves to the world. From bold glamour in Lagos to pastel serenity in Seoul, each look is rooted in place, purpose and personality.

As a UK-based beauty retailer, allbeauty has always championed access to beauty. We offer iconic and artisan brands at competitive prices because we believe looking and feeling great should be for everyone. This campaign takes that belief even further. It challenges the idea that there is just one way to be beautiful. Instead, it shows twenty.

The story behind the images

We invited AI to interpret beauty across a series of universal occasions. These are the moments when beauty becomes most intentional: weddings, festivals, nights out and professional events. Each image is the result of AI learning patterns in facial data and merging them with cultural styling, regional preferences and aesthetic cues.

  • Weddings: From intricate henna and bold jewels in India to soft glam and pearl accents in the UK, bridal looks highlight heritage and personal identity.

  • Festivals: Think glittered cheeks at Glastonbury, bejewelled brows at Carnival and powder-splashed joy at Holi. Beauty becomes celebration.

  • Party Season: Parisian chic, New York drama, Bollywood brilliance. The portraits show how going out becomes a form of storytelling.

  • Work Events: Here, polish meets performance. Translucent skin in Seoul, matte lips in the Middle East and natural tones in London act as subtle signals of professionalism, pride and confidence.

Why we created this

Beauty is evolving faster than ever, influenced by digital filters, global media and cross-cultural trends. But what are we really aspiring to? Who is shaping our standards?

We wanted to start a conversation. Not to define beauty, but to understand how it is being defined. These portraits are not recommendations. They are reflections. Each one holds a mirror up to global ideals and asks a simple question: is this how we see ourselves now?
