Rituals The Ritual of Ayurveda Body Scrub 300g

The Ritual of Ayurveda Body Scrub is an indulgent salt scrub designed to leave skin feeling smoother, softer and beautifully cared for. The oil-rich formula combines Punjabi pink salt and sea salt with finely ground sweet almond shell to gently buff away dull surface cells. A blend of sweet almond, coconut and moringa oils, alongside safflower, avocado, macadamia, jojoba and sunflower oils, helps to nourish the skin and support a more radiant-looking finish. The warm floral fragrance of Indian rose and sweet almond oil adds a calming, spa-like touch to your bathing ritual.

Ideal for most skin types looking for a sensorial exfoliating step, this scrub fits seamlessly into a weekly body care routine. Use it in the bath or shower before your body cream or oil to help skin feel more receptive to moisture. With regular use, it helps to refine texture, encourage a healthy glow and leave the skin lightly scented with a comforting, sweet floral aroma.

How to Use:
Apply to clean, damp skin in the bath or shower. Massage The Ritual of Ayurveda Body Scrub over the body in circular motions, focusing on areas that feel dry or rough. Allow the salt particles to work over the skin, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat skin dry and follow with your preferred body cream or oil.

Frequency:
Use 1–2 times a week, adapting frequency to your skin’s needs and the product instructions.

Application Technique:
Work a small amount between the hands, then smooth over the body from ankles upwards. Use gentle, even pressure rather than vigorous rubbing, and avoid broken or irritated skin. Rinse until no scrub particles remain before applying moisturiser.

Best Practices:
Use on freshly cleansed skin for best results. Take extra care on delicate areas and avoid using immediately after shaving. Allow your body moisturiser to absorb fully after use. Store the product with the lid tightly closed to protect the texture and fragrance.

Safety Tips:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult the product packaging for additional guidance. Keep out of reach of children.
