allbeauty's loyalty scheme, myBeauty, is a loyalty program offering three membership tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As soon as you create an allbeauty account, you will earn points as you spend, giving you exclusive access to an array of benefits at each membership tier. You can reach Gold by accumulating 300 points, and you can reach Platinum by reaching 800 points. Points are earned on every allbeauty purchase. Simply place an order on any product (excluding gift cards) on allbeauty and earn 3 points for every £1 spent. You can also earn bonus points by completing your allbeauty profile, leaving a product review or buying specific brands or products. Bonus vouchers can also be earned if you successfully refer a friend.

You will be automatically enrolled to the allbeauty loyalty scheme myBeauty programme (at the myBeauty level) when you create an account. Keep earning points to move up to the next level and unlock additional exclusive benefits.
Points are earned on every allbeauty purchase. As points accumulate you will be eligible to move to the next tier. Earn 3 point for every £1 spent. Earn 150 points for creating an allbeauty profile. Earn 25 points each time you leave a product review (5 reviews maximum). Earn a £5 bonus voucher when you successfully refer a friend (10 referrals maximum). You need 300 points to reach Gold and 800 to reach Platinum status.
You need a certain amount of points to reach each tier:
Silver: 0 - 299
Gold: 300 - 799
Platinum: 800+
Points will expire 365 days after they are earned.

Your review should be a verified review which means you should have bought the product using same account you are expecting to receive your point to. Allow some time for review to go through moderation, before appearing on site.
Details and access to most of your benefits will be delivered via email along with details of how to redeem, so make sure your email address is up to date in your account. In some cases the rewards will be automatically applied at checkout.
Log into your allbeauty account and click 'view my points and rewards'. Here you'll be able to see the myBeauty points available to redeem, plus a number of credit options ranging from £5 - £20. Just select an amount you wish to redeem and credit will be automatically added to your account and can be applied in your basket.
myBeauty points expire 365 days from when they were earnt and any unspent credit expires after 30 days after redemption.
When will I see that I've reached the next tier in my account?
Points may take up to 24hrs from dispatch to appear within your account. Once the points appear your Tier will update.

No, any previous orders, even those under the same email as the account you create, will not be counted. You will only collect myBeauty points from the first order when you create an account.
No, Points are valid for 365 days from the date they were earned. You will continue to remain in the same loyalty tier 365 days from when you earnt the points towards it, even if you spend them.
Your myBeauty Tier will be valid for 365 days from the date you entered that Tier. You can spend the points collected during this time without changing your Tier level.
During the period when your Tier level is active, you’ll need to earn the same qualifying number of points to remain in that Tier, or you’ll risk being moved down Tiers.
For example, if you reach platinum Tier on 01.10.24 you would need to earn another 800 points from this date until 01.10.25 to remain in platinum Tier when the expiry date is reached. This will then remain until the next batch of points expire.
· To maintain Gold you need to earn a minimum of 300 myBeauty Points.
· To maintain Platinum you need to earn a minimum of 800 myBeauty points.
· If you earn under 300 points you will be in Silver.
If you do not meet the qualifying Plus +Points total within 12 months, you will automatically be moved down a Tier(s).
Please note you may also move down a Tier due to a refund.
