Touchable is a dry hair spray adding incredible texture and hold. It is ideal for creating messy and wild looks. Hibiscus flower extract works to condition and support the hair. Milk thistle acts as a source of antioxidants. Sea lavender works to improve hair hydration. Carrot seed oil provides a fresh and natural scent with a satin sheen finish.
