Description

Gently Off Eye and Makeup Remover is a bi-phase cleanser that removes all forms of makeup, including waterproof formulas. It features a gentle formula with Cucumber and Damask Rose extracts that soothes and refreshes the skin.

To use: Shake to mix the two layers of the product. Apply to the face using a cotton pad. Wipe off using a second, clean, cotton pad.
