Afnan 9PM smells amazing! The sweet vanilla is exactly what I wanted, and the hype on TikTok is totally valid. It’s long-lasting and projects really well, which is great. At first, I loved using it daily, but after a while, the scent started feeling a bit boring. It’s still really nice, but the excitement just wore off for me. If you like strong, sweet scents, it’s worth trying, but I’d use it occasionally instead of every day.

This is way better than Ultra Male! UM has this weird clashing mix of Bubble Gum and Old School cologne, I can’t handle it. And it never smelt of Pears to me! 9 pm only has a little of the Bubble Gum, a lovely strong Apple note, and Vanilla / Tonka in the base. Amazingly good even at twice the price.

This is a lovely fragrance. So cheap and lasts so long. Decent projection. Better than ultra male which is similar too.

Thought I would give this a blind buy based on positive reviews. This has a decent opening for sure, but then it quickly settles into a sweet sickly stench that just hangs around for hours. It's so cloying and I can't see what the appeal of this is, unless you are perhaps new to perfumery. It is completely synthetic and like most of Afnans offerings has a massive silage. I cannot detect any notes in this other than something overpoweringly sweet. If you like to smell like a sweet bucket of chemicals, go ahead and enjoy. For me this is represents something truly hideous and is the worst of this house's offerings so far.

The perfume is very close to Sauvage Elixir in scent profile with a slightly artificial initial smell. After dry off it is more mellow. Generally pleasant.
