Its [waterlike] technology offers an ultra-light texture for a bare skin feeling after application, making it a perfect makeup base.

GLOW:
ULTRA FLUID Radiance releases micro-encapsulated pigments upon application to the skin for a luminous finish and radiant skin for 8 hours.

Its high tolerance, water-resistant formula has been developed for sensitive skin.
