A modern fragrance commanding the authority of a historic emperor, released in 2010 as a celebration of Creed's 250th anniversary. Aventus presents itself as a bold, uncompromising fragrance of a proud spirit. Succulent openings are crafted in an accord of blackcurrant, Italian bergamot, apple and pineapple. The heart features earthy notes and florals with rose, jasmine and patchouli. A rich base of oak moss, ambergris and vanilla adds a finishing flair.
Top notes: Lemon, Pink Pepper, Apple, Bergamot & Blackcurrant

This is my most expensive, lavish and luxurious fragrance purchase ever made. The original creed aventus DNA after owning every dupe 'in the world' (said in a Jeremy Clarkson voice). The opening is smooth (no lemon pledge cleaner) and the balance between citrus and smokey is very refined, albeit less smokey/woodsy than I would have liked. People have told me that creed lasts for days, however upon testing a few sprays on my hand, the fragrance starts beautifully for a few minutes and rapidly pulls back to a skin scent. It would give Houdini a run for his money because it soon disappears. I know allbeauty is a trusted seller, but had this bottle arrived from a smaller company, I would have immediately assumed it was a fake. Creed has reformulated and is a shadow of it's former self. What ever was said about aventus of yesteryear, certainly does not apply to this bottle.

Used to be simply the most potent fragrance you could buy, I remember spraying some on my wrist and it ended up on my coat sleeve, a week later when out walking I could still smell it, just as it was a week ago. It also easily lasted a whole day - 4 or 5 sprays in the morning. Aventus still smells nice, but nice for about an hour and that's your lot. When you are forking out so much money, when perhaps its money you might spend on something else, you want value and disappointingly this is no longer the case with Creed Aventus. All it is now is a very pleasant memory of years gone by....

At first i loved this fragrance but i feel as if the value for money isn’t the best. Don’t get me wrong it smells amazing, powerful and masculine but it doesn’t seem to last too long on skin

I spent a lot on this product and I'm completely disappointed. I don't recommend buying it. I've used it many times before. After spraying a fairly large amount on myself, I can now say that after an hour, I can't smell anything. And that's not what this perfume is known for. Either it's a fake or Creed has lowered the quality :(
