This product does not emulsify into a milky texture and rinse away as cleansing balms usually do, so the description of it 'easily melting away' and 'transforms into a rich creamy milk' is misleading. You need to manually remove this product with a cloth/towel and I don't like using that kind of cleansing balm, so not for me unfortunately. Disappointing as otherwise it has a nice texture and smell and is great for the price point.
