IMMUNITY SUPPORT: With Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Selenium and Folate which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. It also contains spirulina sourced from naturally occurring algae that are reported to be a great natural source of protein and micronutrients.

DIGESTIVE FUNCTION: Contains Ginger extract and SynBalance® DefensePlus, a combination of 3 scientifically studied biotic strains (L. acidophilus, B. lactis & L. plantarum) to deliver friendly bacteria to the gut.

ENERGY: contains Folate (Vitamin B9) which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

To use: For adults, take 1 tablet daily with water, shortly after food. Not to be taken with a hot drink.
