Intense moisture surge used by its self. I like to mix 50/50 with moisturiser and you get an intense hit that goes further. The scent is gentle. The gloss finish is softened by mixing with a moisturiser. I love the la mer one. A little goes a long way and you really see a difference after 7days of use. Tried most brands and I only use La Mer now. It just works for me.
