Chromium Complex is a one-a-day formula that provides relevant levels of those nutrients required to help maintain normal blood sugar (glucose) levels, Including a full 200µg of the trace mineral chromium. This is an essential nutrient that is depleted from foods by processing and refining and diets low in whole grain cereals. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

The importance of this mineral has recently been officially recognised by it being given a Recommended Daily Amount (RDA), although at just 40mcg, this is below the level often recommended by Nutritionists. We use an organic form of chromium called chromium picolinate to help ensure maximum absorption and utilisation.
