Differing from most other turmeric and curcumin products on the market, our fast release tablets are designed to disintegrate within 15 to 30 minutes of swallowing, helping to support maximum absorption. Each Lamberts® Turmeric Fast Release tablet provides 200mg of turmeric root extract, equivalent to 10,000mg of turmeric spice (or two heaped teaspoons of culinary turmeric). It is standardised to provide 95% curcuminoids, which is the level generally used in studies.

Curcuminoids, including curcumin, are documented as the main active phytonutrients in turmeric.
