This and the hair thickening serum from Nanogen definitely add thickness to my hair. It has a cooling effect on the scalp. Those with sensitive skin should be cautious - I've been too slapdash with rinsing it off and it aggravated my sensitive skin, As long as you use it properly and correctly, you should get some decent results.
