Sun Bum's blonde formula Hair Lightener creates permanent highlights powered by natural sunlight. This special blend gradually lightens and brightens, creating natural subtle tones and highlights without brassiness

To use: For an all-over lighten and brighten, spray throughout dry or damp hair before sun exposure. For sun-kissed highlights, spray onto select strands. To avoid breakage and over-drying, don’t use more than once between hair washes.
