This is hard to get hold of so I bought another bottle. It's a light day dmell. Quite oriental if that makes sense. Really nice. Not heavy but a great smell. Very classy bottle and packaging as well.

It's hard to find this these days so I ordered 2 bottles! It's a great smell, not heavy but just right. I'd say you can wear it day or night although I don't personally buy into that day/ night smell idea.

It became quite hard to find several years ago but is firmly back in stores once again, it was never discontinued as such, supplies just dwindled! Opium Pour Homme is the all-time classic oriental fragrance from Yves Saint Laurent that has its own cult following and for good reason. With its light, zesty, spicy, gingery and somewhat fruity aromas that are quite uplifting, its a lingering fragrance that is both noticeable and memorable. Good longevity and sillage carry this fragrance well, either day or night, in any season. Overall, a very pleasant, quite distinctive niche oriental fragrance, away from generics and eloquently wrapped in the desirable warmth of its own elegant DNA.
