I find this Elemis rehydrating toner is a multi-tasker. I use it during the day, over make-up, whenever my skin feels 'thirsty'. I also use it to give a light spray over my 'assisted blond' hair during sunny or drying weather. It's so light, doesn't weigh the hair down nor make it sticky or greasy.
