I love this product and haven't found anything better for creating easy manageable hair without heat. I do wish it didn't go "crunchy" at all but it softens as the day goes on without losing the shape so I put up with that initial "wet look". I'm a wash, condition and tousle person these days and this product does exactly what I need it to!
