Such a huge Elemis fan but I’m not sure this product does it for me. I wanted to try something lighter than the Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm, this was recommended by a beauty therapist to me, as it claims to remove daily grime, pollution and make up. I cycle in a city every day and I can literally feel the pollution on my skin most days. The product is creamy, but not as creamy and thick as I’d like, the mitt doesn’t feel very effective either. You’re to leave the product on for a minute, I really don’t think it does anything. I’ve had to cleanse twice for my face to feel clean, even then there still some dirt once I’ve used the Elemis Apricot Toner. It smells nice enough, classic clean spa like smell, definitely not the same luxurious smell as the Cleansing Balm though. I’ve previously used repeatedly the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish, I’ll be going back to that after using this.
