Lovely. Bought several from the same range, I have naturally wavy unruly thick and frizzy hair which is very long. Usually have to use straighteners to get it to look remotely normal. Now I’m just blow drying and my hair looks glossy and sleek! Fantastic!

Used in condition with shampoo and conditioner in the range. Hair is shiny and looks in better condition. My hair is naturally frizzy. Left only 3 stars as the whole range is rather pricey. Although you get what you pay for.

I live in a humid coastal area which is almost always windy. My hair is thick but fine and prone to frizz/flyaway - Discipline range works well to add shine and control.
