I have been using this toothpaste, once a day with my daily toothpaste, for several years now and it has kept my teeth white and seems to have helped my gums as well! I think it is a good product!

This is the best toothpaste I've ever tried for sensitive teeth. Stops sensitivity and strengthen teeth. I always try to get it on 3 for 2 if possible.
