I have used this on & off for a few years if my hair has dried out. I bought the shampoo & conditioner as a gift for a friend of mine who's hair was dry & breaking off due to stress & an emotional trauma. She is now a convert, as well as having much healthier & manageable hair. Although pricey, it's great value for money as so little is required, I'd be lost without it!!
