This handcream is the ONLY one which has helped my ravaged hand gelled/washed out hands. I was suffering from dermatitis but this 25% handbalm has gone a long way to sort the problem out with a clear difference within a week of use. Yes its expensive but a little goes a long way and I will certainly buy again.

Expensive but a little goes a long way. Non greasy. Easily absorbed. Leaves hands feeling soft and silky.
