I have rubbish nails and I've tried all sorts of things in the past, from creams to supplements but this actually seems to work. The nails look healthier than they have for years and, although I do still get the occasional split it is early days (I'm only on my second tube) and I'm hopeful that this will improve. Im definitely going to keep going with it. Such a nice product.
