I read this fragrance being compared to a diet lemonade - that’s kinda stuck with me because it does have that synthetic citrus sweetener smell to it on first spray. If you like me are a Viva La Juicy girlie then you’ll buy this without a thought to the notes just to collect the nostalgic bottles for display however if you are at all curious of how this compares to the OG Viva La Juicy then it’s a refreshing take (albeit synthetically so) on the cult classic. You immediately get the grapefruit and citrus through, I can’t smell the raspberries or the soft white florals but they must be in there doing something. The dry down gives very much OG Viva La Juicy vibes but without the rich caramels and pralines. It’s a lighter , brighter , summery version which fades to more of a skin scent within the first hour or less. Great option for a younger audience and a fun pick up just for the bottle alone. But I wouldn’t say this is a safe blind buy unless you are all about the citrus and nothing else. It’s a very one dimensional scent from a very youthful brand.
