I found this shampoo really left my hair in good condition and really full and shiny, the only problem I had was that I would not use it every day but probably once or twice a week would be enough as it could make my fine hair too lank and greasy looking but used just a couple of timer per week makes a huge difference to the condition of it. I would definitely recommend it and it will last a long time.
