I ordered this brush after a long time spent considering whether or not to invest in a Mason Pearson. I am very pleased that I finally caved in as the quality of the brush is excellent and it also makes for such a nice brushing experience - the boar bristles feel great against the scalp and detangling is easily achieved with the boar and nylon bristles working their magic together. I wasn’t sure whether I wanted the blue version at first as the classic dark ruby is also very nice, but I’m glad I got the blue as the orange cushion looks really nice against it and it’s just something a bit different from the classic model. I hear that these last for many years so I will find that out for myself over time but so far so good and I’d recommend taking the plunge if you are passionate about haircare.

Not a cheap product but well worth the money. I have had Mason Pearson brushes for 40 years and anything else doesn't last long. It's great on my daughters long tangled mop too!

Mason and Pearson brushes are not cheap but they are an excellent quality product and last for years and years. Nothing de-tangles hair so well nor keeps hair in such good condition. Blue colour is a change from the traditional dark brown and easier to find in a bag

Great hairbrush - I've used these for years and they're well worth the money as they last about 20 years based on previous experience! I love the colour too, not too bright and a nice change from black.

I had one myself as a child - now this one is for my daughter. Perfect for long hair and truly a classical treasure!
