I am extremely disappointed with these tweezers. The light is very useful but they do not remove the hairs as well as my very old pair that these were to replace. I pluck but nothing happens. I presume a refund is not available as I have tried to use these and therefore would not meet current hygiene regulations but I consider them a complete waste of money
