I've tried a few brands of fish oil but this one really helps with my brain fog and skin. I always notice when I've missed a few days. No fishy reflux and easy to swallow. Top marks!

Smaller than Holland and Barretts and less fishy tasting. Also doesnt repeat on you.

Very powerful but small! Does the job. Ive struggled over the years to get my 12 year old take fish oil due to the taste and not being able to swallow tablets. Finally she is able to take these without any issues and I have seen a huge improvement in her concentration.

I take these capsules daily and they are easy to swallow as theyre smaller than most fish oil capsules. Theres no after taste either.

Just starting taking these , easy to swallow and don’t repeat on you like some other capsules do .
