Not been using it for long but I think it has reduced the amount of hot flushes I have but I could be wrong, time will tell.

Forgot to re order and didnt have any for a week, the hot flushes started again and Id forgotten how awful they were before I started taking these tablets!!!!! Ordered more straight away˜Š
