This is the best toner I have ever used. Elemis toners are kind to the skin. It Smells beautiful and my face and neck feel very refreshed after using this toner. Elemis toner doesn't sting and leaves your skin glowing. You can spray directly on to the face or onto a cotton wool disc. I sometimes use this also in the middle of the day if it is very hot to freshen up. Highly recommend.
