I used this after using the shampoo, which is fantastic. I only used a small amount as I couldn't get the pump to work and it is very thick but that was enough left it on about 3 mins and rinsed and achieved a lovely platinum blonde with ash hues, Regarding the pump I thought it was broken but no I just needed to pump it for a good 5 mins as the conditioner is rather a thick consistency. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

The conditioner is amazing makes your hair feel fantastic, the down side your bathroom turns grey as do your nails and if light blonde you end up with a purple rinse :(
