I ordered Delina Exclusif 30ml as a birthday gift for my daughter, but instead I received the standard Delina, which is clearly a mistake on Allbeauty’s side. As a result, the birthday gift was completely ruined. I spent over a week communicating with customer service, and was told that I would only receive a refund after returning the incorrect item. I followed all instructions and returned the perfume promptly. However, the refund has still not been issued. Customer service has been extremely disappointing — responses take up to two days, and many replies are irrelevant or do not address the actual issue, which makes the process even more frustrating. I am a regular customer and did not expect such poor treatment, especially when the error was not mine. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and completely spoiled an important family occasion. I am still waiting for my refund.
