To use:

Recommended daily dose:
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)
Children 3-12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)

Winter dose:
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily

Caution:
Not suitable for children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended intake. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision, please seek medical advice before taking. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
