Survey of best online shops beating retail giants such as Amazon, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer and Argos), we're very proud to be featuring in the prestigious Which? Awards for the very first time. And naturally we've been celebrating with champagne!
Which? Retailer of the Year 2017 - About The Award
The highly respected Which? Awards were launched in 2007 to celebrate and reward the very best businesses in the UK and to recognise the brands that go furthest to satisfy their customers. Brands can't nominate themselves. Instead, winners are selected based on Which? research and testing according to Which? Criteria. Service and value are at the heart of the allbeauty brand and improving the customer experience is our number 1 priority. In 2016 we made some big changes to improve delivery times and invested in our mobile platform to make shopping easier and more enjoyable.
