We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP, Euro and US Dollars.

We deliver anywhere in the world, FREE delivery is available on your order - full details can be found on the delivery page for your chosen country. Our FREE option may not be available for larger orders or orders containing particularly heavy items. Orders of two or more items may be dispatched separately. Certain less expensive items we stock, can be subject to large postal charges in comparison to their value. Rather than putting up our prices, we thought it made sense to continue to offer you these great bargains, with the option of either making a small payment for postage, or including these cheaper items as part of a larger order, in order to get FREE UK post.
Due to international aviation regulations, certain beauty products are considered too hazardous to be sent by air. This means we are not able to offer all of our products for delivery to every destination. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.
When you use one of our tracked delivery services, we’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order. Follow the simple instructions to keep tabs on your order every step of the way.
At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service, please allow up to: 8 business days for UK delivery, 14-15 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the Rest of The World.
We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 60-day no-quibble guarantee on all products purchased through allbeauty. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 60 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). We offer a freepost returns address for our UK Customers only. Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.
For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item/s received, please contact Customer Service via the email address or telephone number below within 60 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you do not dispose of your order keeping any damaged items, product packaging and outer box and packing materiel. We will require clear photographic evidence and may require the return of the goods to support any claims for damages, prior to resolution. Once a claim is complete and successful we will offer a full refund or replacement, subject to availability.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty. For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item/s received please see the separate section here.
If you are unable to use our automated returns portal you will need to contact our Customer Service Team to arrange your returns form and label. This will then be emailed back to your account email address. The label will need to be printed out or hand written as instructed on the returns form. Please attach the label to your parcel ensuring your Returns Number is also on the label and a copy added inside your parcel for identification purposes. When posting you will be required to pay for standard post and will need to request a receipt at the Post Office counter. You can then email us an image of your proof of postage receipt and we can then refund this postage payment against your original payment method for you.
Please note: if you are returning a full order we can only refund upto the maximum order value. Therefore in this situation we would arrange account credit for the cost of your postage for you instead.
Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of the order. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock, please message us from your account with the product details.
If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined in “How long will it take to receive my order?” please contact us and we will do all we can to help.
Due to Industrial Action affecting Royal Mail deliveries some orders are taking longer to deliver than usual and for tracking to update. This is also impacting other delivery services. Please allow extra time before contacting us. The Royal Mail Tracked 48 last order date for Christmas delivery is Thursday 15th December.
allbeauty is an online retailer which is set up to sell directly to Customers and is not a wholesaler.
You can be kept up to date with our special offers and any Voucher Codes that we may be running by opting into receiving our e-newsletter and emails. You can do this by logging into your account page and selecting Contact Details & Billing Address under My Details. At the bottom of your details is an option to be included in our special deals.
As an internet company, we do request that you register with us and place your orders online. Please contact us via your account for further information.
To change your password, simply login to your account, select Account Details under Account Settings and type in your new password as directed.
Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.
For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Adyen which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details.
If you no longer wish to be kept up to date with our special offers and any Voucher Codes, you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by logging into your account page and selecting Communications Preferences under Account Settings.

Allbeauty's loyalty scheme, myBeauty Points, is a loyalty program offering three membership tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. As a member, you will earn points as you spend, giving you exclusive access to an array of benefits for each membership tier. You can reach Gold by accumulating 300+ points, and you can reach Platinum by accumulating 800+ points. myBeauty Points are earned on every allbeauty purchase. Simply place an order on any product (excluding gift cards) on allbeauty and earn 3 points for every £1 spent. You can also earn bonus points by upgrading to a higher Tier, signing up, completing your allbeauty profile, and buying specific brands or products. Bonus vouchers can also be earned on your birthday and if you successfully refer a friend.
Your cumulative points balance builds and automatically assigns you to each new tier once the threshold is met. Each tier has unique benefits to redeem and enjoy.

You will be automatically enrolled to the allbeauty loyalty scheme myBeauty points programme (at the Silver Tier) when you create an account. Keep earning points to move up to the next level and unlock additional exclusive benefits.
myBeauty Points are earned on every allbeauty purchase. As points accumulate you will be eligible to move to the next tier.
Earn 3 points for every £1 spent.
Earn 100 points for creating an allbeauty profile.
Earn 25 points each time you leave a review (5 reviews maximum).
Earn a £5 bonus voucher when you successfully refer a friend (10 referrals maximum).
You need 300 points to reach Gold tier. And to reach Platinum tier, you need 800 points.
You need a certain amount of points to reach each tier:
Silver: 0 - 299
Gold: 300-799
Platinum: 800+
You can check your Rewards Points balance on your allbeauty loyalty scheme myBeauty Points page when logged into your account.
You can find your myBeauty Points balance and how far you are away from the next tier in your My Account section, within your myBeauty Points area and on product pages. You’ll see a scale that will also show you the number of points you need to reach the next tier.
You’ll know when your account has reached the next tier up as you’ll receive an email letting you know. Please note points may take up to 24hrs from dispatch to appear within your account.
You can check your myBeauty Points balance in your My Account section, within your All Beauty loyalty scheme myBeauty Points area and on product pages. If you believe you should have more points than you currently do, you can contact the customer service team.
myBeauty Points will be awarded up to 24hrs after dispatch and added to your account.
At this time you can only earn myBeauty Points and redeem benefits when purchasing from www.allbeauty.co.uk.
The only benefit you will continue to receive is Free Next Day Delivery. Your other benefits will now be in line with the myBeauty point benefits.
