It optimises moisture levels while providing antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-ageing benefits. When used before the CosRx Propolis Light Ampoule, it enhances nutrient absorption. The toner is hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested, and free from parabens, fragrance, alcohol, mineral oil, artificial dyes, sulphates, and phthalates. It is cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
