Iron is included as bisglycinate, a form of iron which is well absorbed and tolerated by sensitive stomachs. We have added B12 as methylcobalamin, as it is the body ready from, making it suitable for all adults, especially those following a vegetarian or vegan diet. They are combined with USP grade Lysine, an amino acid most abundant in animal-based foodstuffs, making the perfect addition, especially for those following a plant-based diet.
