Very good. Both myself and my husband are sleeping much better. It is a bit pricy but it is effective- just spray it on your pillow. You don't need much- about four squirts

Bought this for my mum who has averaged a couple of hours sleep a night for the last few years. On this, she's averaged 8-9 hours a night and even tells me her fitbit is showing REM sleep for the first time ever...bless her, she's well impressed and is feeling a million times better for getting great nights sleep for the first time in years! She tried sleeping tablets from the doctors but they left her feeling drowsy the day after, Would recommend this to anybody!
