Early days... It worked the first night - I slept easily and through the night - but now I have a cold - and possibly I cannot benefit from it - back to my old habits! However, it certainly smells nice and I will persevere...

My sleep pattern is very erratic and it’s too soon to judge the effectiveness or not of this product but I suspect that I am sleeping more deeply.

Works really well. Helps me sleep, and that’s something I’ve always struggled with. More expensive than some of the other lavender essential oil products on the market, but worth it in my opinion.
