Dr. Perricone recommends applying directly to the eyelid, working up to the brow bone, in gentle patting motions. Apply along the lower contours of the eyes beginning from crow’s feet and all along under the eyes, also in gently patting motions. Not impressed. Caused puffiness around the eyes and had the opposite effect to what I'd hoped for. Had to stop using it. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
